It's been nine months and I feel great. I have recently seen old friends that have not seen me for years and most of them had no idea it was me when they saw me. My weight is one that I have not seen since I was about 12 years old.
In my walking I have even started doing a little jogging (down hills are easiest on my knees) and my endurance has really increased. I am walking 3 or 4 times a week and where I am living gives me a lot of good hills (like 8% grades) and beautiful scenery. My normal walk is just over 2 miles and very little of it is flat.
I am hoping that my weight loss is about done although when I fired up the blogger and realized I had lost another 7 pounds this month, I am not all together sure I am done yet and even now, (I am writing this on the 31st of July) I am down 2 more pounds.
There is not much more to tell you about the procedure or the results other than keeping you up to date on the weight numbers.
